By accessing or using AI Upscaler's AI upscaling service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

AI Upscaler provides an advanced AI upscaling service that transforms low-resolution images and videos into high-quality, high-detail results. Our service supports upscaling by 2×/4×/6×/8×, with features including noise reduction, blur removal, compression artifact removal, interlacing fixes, and color/face enhancement. We support images in JPG/PNG/WebP format and videos in MP4/MOV/WebM format, with output capabilities up to 4K/8K resolution.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

AI Upscaler provides AI upscaling capabilities for images and videos. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service, process harmful or inappropriate content, or help anyone else to do so. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.

AI Upscaler operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to upscale images and videos and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

Our service allows you to upload images and videos and receive AI-upscaled outputs. You retain all rights to your uploaded content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

You may not use AI Upscaler to upscale content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our AI models or technology. Commercial use of upscaled outputs may be subject to additional terms.

AI Upscaler is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Upscaled images and videos may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of upscaled outputs for any particular purpose, including print quality, broadcast standards, or specific resolution requirements.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall AI Upscaler, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Upscaler regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
